Internet and the irrepressible flow of ideas

"Objective science and the flow of knowledge about it on the internet" means "there's going to come a correction in the market for ideas" about climate change.  That's what I told the Guardian in an interview the day before the Climategate story broke.

And there's one blog that as much as any has helped bring this flow of knowledge; Steve McIntyre's Climate Audit.

I've added it to my blogroll.  If you're unsure about the climate change debate, please click here.

The web has democratised knowledge.  We don't have to leave it all to "experts" at my alma mater, the University of East Anglia.

Excellent - entirely agree. Dunno how the honours system works for Canadians these days, but Steve McIntyre is long overdue for a knighthood.

Your old friend Bob Ward won't like it Douglas. As he pointed out on your blog recently, it's irresponsible of you to incite the peasant masses. We should all listen to the marvellous Bob Ward and our lives would be so much better. He would obviously have to be "appointed" because elections really are a crude, populist vehicle for the unwashed hordes

By the way you might like to see Fraser Nelson's debate on climate change with Bob Ward.

We all really admire Bob Ward!!!

It doesn't matter what the serfs think or know Douglas, we will be taxed and controlled any way.
World heads of state and the UN have openly hinted this time and time again.

Socialism is repeating last centuaries mistakes, how many will it be this time?

For the moment you might want to link to http://camirror.wordpress.com/ as CA itself has been rather overloaded recently.
