Helped by the three month old, this afternoon I pickled some of my home-grown shallots as raffle prizes to help raise funds for a local charity.
Do you suppose that it counts as a "second job"?

I hope you complied with all health and safety requirements. I am also concerned that you are in possession of a valid EU Food Safety Certificate, that your production facilities have undergone a contamination risk assessment test.Oh and I really hope you aren't serious that you had employed child labour in the production of these items.
